Manufacturer warranty
Most parts and accessories we carry are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage length and terms vary by brand and product — check the product page or ask us before you buy if you need specifics.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects that appear under normal use are covered. Damage from improper installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose is not covered.
Filing a warranty claim
Contact us at incommerceventurescorp@gmail.com with your order number, the item in question, and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We'll coordinate with the brand or supplier on your behalf.
