Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get a notification once your order ships.
Delivery coverage
We ship nationwide across the Philippines via trusted third-party couriers. Delivery times vary by location — Metro Manila and nearby provinces typically arrive faster than Visayas and Mindanao.
Shipping fees
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable promos or free-shipping thresholds will be shown before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your package ships, we'll send a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If a tracking update looks off, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
